What we collect
We collect the account details you give us (name, email, company), the campaign and lead data connected to your account, and basic usage data needed to operate the platform.
How we use it
We use your data to display campaign performance, manage leads and content, produce requested reports and insights, and support your account. When you use AI features, relevant workspace data and the content you submit are processed to generate the requested output.
Connected platforms
When you connect an ad or social account, access depends on the permissions you grant and your role at the provider. We use that access to import account and campaign data or publish content you authorize. You can disconnect in Integrations or revoke permissions with the provider. Disconnecting does not delete data already imported into Scale Media.
Access and service providers
Scale Media runs on Base44 and uses connected platform and AI services to provide its features. These services process data needed for their functions under their own applicable terms. Agency administrators and authorized team members may access the client data they manage. Do not submit data you are not authorized to share.
Retention and deletion
Stored account details, imported records and uploaded content support your workspace and its history. Public-website cookie-consent details are encrypted in our app database, expire six calendar months after each choice, and are deleted by hourly cleanup after expiry. Administrators can export matching consent records for a verified visitor request using the visitor reference shown in Cookie settings. See our Cookie Policy for the full notice and versioning rules. To request deletion or information about other data retention, contact us using the details below. Requests may require identity verification. Revoking a connection does not itself delete stored records.
Your rights
Contact us using the details below to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
