Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for the company they were issued to.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other companies’ data, or use it for unlawful or misleading advertising. You must have permission to connect accounts, upload content and process any personal data you provide.
Connected services and AI output
Connected platforms have their own terms, permissions, access reviews and usage limits. Availability of a connection does not guarantee that a post will publish or that campaign data is complete. Review reports, generated content and AI recommendations before relying on them or approving publication.
Services & fees
Campaign management, creative production and reporting are provided under your agreement with Scale Media. Ad spend is billed by the ad platforms; retainers are billed as agreed.
Content ownership
You own your brand assets and the data in your portal. Creatives produced for you are licensed to you for use in your campaigns.
Availability & liability
We work to keep the platform available and accurate but provide it as-is. Ad platform results are not guaranteed.
Ending the service
Either side may end the engagement according to the applicable agreement. Before your access ends, contact us to arrange a copy of your data or request deletion.
